If you receive a message saying your account is suspended when going to your website in a web browser:
Your domain name is likely pointing to the wrong server because you are not using our nameservers.
Please change the nameservers for your domain name at your registrar to the nameservers listed in the activation notice and then wait a few hours for propagation.
Our nameservers:
ns1.sslcatacombnetworking.com
ns2.sslcatacombnetworking.com
ns3.sslcatacombnetworking.com
If you are not going to use our nameservers, this will happen every few years as IPs change and there will be no notice as everyone should be using our nameservers. If you are not using our nameservers because you need to add, edit, and delete DNS records, the Cpanel control panel offers free "Advanced DNS" editing and "MX Entry" editing. If you still do not want to use our nameservers, please open a ticket and ask what IP address your site is currently using.
If you are using the temporary URL's, to access Cpanel, WebHost Manager, or WebMail:
Please use your domain name instead of the temporary URL's.
If you are using the temporary host names in your e-mail application:
Please use your domain name instead of the temporary host names.
If you are using the temporary host names in your e-mail application for SSL reasons:
Please try to use your domain name and set your e-mail application to ignore certificate warnings. If your e-mail application will not ignore warnings, use gemini.sslcatacombnetworking.com
